Wanted to show you all the AENY breakout today from my charts. This is just a perrrfect trade and the chart shows exactly what I look for with these types...

Its from Tim´s watch list as a Buy (yes, he does buy now and again) and he even got into it at 4.65ish I would have been in before that but I have to admit to missing out on this one. Shame Cuase I would have got about 30cents from this one.

What relevance is there between the volumen of the stock and the rise and fall(or breakout)?¿, i know this is a noob question but hey im a newbie i cant help it

well, a stock wont move with no volume and thats often why it goes sideways. although in theory a stock can go sideways on massive volume if it is supply = demand

there was a lot of volume at first and it only pushed it down 15 cetns or so, the first spike to 4.53 ish was on less volume than the first dip to 4.30, that means a lot to me !

then the sideways stint (consolidation) after the first spike up to 4.53, the volume drys right up.... then look what happens when the volume comes back to the same levels as the first spike up... the price starts moving, then the volume increases as there is more demand for the stock and bam, it spikes very very nicely on increasing higher volume than at any time the previous day and the volume stays till the top top point at 4.90

the volume is especially important on these lower priced stocks, and you have to be careful that you get one which is active and in play

this had the peachy reversal doji too.... worked a treat, an excellent opportunity for a perfect exit. look what happed just before close though.... these pumps never hold, just make sure you get out of the trade on any pop up, because they go down faster than they go up. or, be clever and reverse the position to short
