According to the DOE/EIA, total crude oil and petroleum products stocks gained +3.12 mmb to 1408.0 mmb in the week ended September 14. Crude stockpile increased +8.53 mmb to 367.63 mmb as stockpiles rose in all 5 PADDs. Cushing stock, however, dropped -0.27 mmb to 43.81 mmb. Utilization rate was up +1.2% at 88.9%.
