A divided FOMC added further uncertainty to the timing of the next rate hike. This had helped boost equities and Treasuries. While gains were capped by disappointing earnings reports from retailers, Wall Street ended the day higher with DJIA and S&P 500 adding +0.12% and +0.19% respectively. US treasuries rose on Wednesday, pressuring the 2-year to 0.726% (down -0.012%) and 10-year yields to 1.544% (-0.017%).
