Wall Street extended the recent rally with S&P 500 soaring to a new record of 2168.99 before ending the day at 2163.75, up +0.53%. DJIA also made a fresh of 18537.57 on intraday trading, before settling at 18506.41, up +0.73%. Risk appetite was boosted by the better-than-expected earnings report from JP Morgan Chase as well as a surprising move by BOE which kept the policy stance unchanged in July. The jobless claims report was also encouraging and held up confidence over the US job market.
