Crude Oil Slumped to Lowest Level in More than a Year
Sentiment was dampened as China signaled no intention to accelerate monetary easing despite slowdown in economic growth. Crude oil slumped with the front-month WTI contract falling to the lowest level since April last year while Brent crude contract plummeted to a level not seen since mid-2012.
