Sorry, then I must have misunderstood the question. I thought you were looking for some software solution that didn\u00b4t exist, some \"predictor\" which would automate it for you. The point is that you asked for software that \"predicts breakouts\", this in my opinion is not available. Especially if you are not going to sit there and watch. This said, there are some alerts that I can set inside my platform, so if the stock is in a range, I can get it to alert me when it breaks that price range (I don\u00b4t use it, but I know it\u00b4s available) - But still, it doesn\u00b4t predict the actual breakout. However many indicators\/studies etc there are, I don\u00b4t really think any will actually predict breakouts for you, especially whilst not watching - Maybe I\u00b4m wrong, but I would like to be proven wrong. Stochastics is all well and good, but its an oversold\/bought indicator for \"reversals\" and not a breakout predictor. I haven\u00b4t used it much but from what I know about it, I don\u00b4t think it will predict breakouts.. Will it ? PS. I think this should go onto its own Topic.
