Trading is thin due to the Easter Monday holiday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ICE Dollar Index Remains Weak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ICE US Dollar Index, which tracks the US dollar against six major world currencies hovered around 3 year lows on Monday, with investors expecting further weakness as the upcoming US Fed policy setting meeting is likely to announce the continuation of low interest rates.<\/p>\n<p>Many traders are forecasting that the US dollar could test a three year low of 73.735 hit last week. A break of that could open the way for a test of the record low of 70.698 hit in 2008.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s all up the Fed and Bernanke&#8217;s stance at his news conference.
