Financial markets rallied across the board last week as mainly driven by announcement of the EU rescue package on the sovereign debt crisis in the Eurozone. As we mentioned in previous articles, implementation risks remain high as some measures are short of details. Yet, the market has not concerned about it for the moment. Also, added to the positive market sentiment was China’s tax reform and better-than-expected US economic indicators.<\/p>\n
