Renewed concerns over sovereign debt crisis in the Eurozone hurt market sentiment and triggered selloff of risky assets. Wall Street plummeted with DJIA and S&P 500 losing -2.48% and -2.79% respectively. In the commodity sector, WTI crude oil initially plummeted to as low as 89.17 but then rebounded strongly to end the day at 92.19, down -1.07%, as helped by the decline in inventory. Similarly, Brent crude also recovered from early fall and ended the day flat. Gold also fell, performing similarly as other commodities, as the US dollar advanced.<\/p>\n
