The focus last week was undoubtedly rejection of the levy proposal embedded in the bailout plan for Cyprus. After the parliamentary rejection to save 5.8B euro through deposit levy, the government has to struggle to hammer out some resolution to address the country\u2019s need for further financing.<\/p>\n
