P&L variance, and stop loss limits commensurate with the authorized position size.<br \/>\u2022 Ability and desire to perform individual research, deal entry management, and monthly reconciliation required. Position may require making markets for asset optimization groups that are responsible for hedging company's nationwide generation portfolio.<br \/>\u2022 Knowledge of multiple trading transaction systems helpful. Willingness and desire to mentor\/train less experienced traders expected.<br \/>\u2022 Must be a disciplined trader, highly organized, and a team player willing to work with individuals across all parts of a diversified regulated\/competitive energy corporation. Incentive compensation is highly performance based on individual's success of profitably managing a proprietary trading book.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<br \/>\u2022 Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical field.
