P&#038;L variance, and stop loss limits commensurate with the authorized position size.<br \/>\u2022 Ability and desire to perform individual research, deal entry management, and monthly reconciliation required. Position may require making markets for asset optimization groups that are responsible for hedging company&#8217;s nationwide generation portfolio.<br \/>\u2022 Knowledge of multiple trading transaction systems helpful. Willingness and desire to mentor\/train less experienced traders expected.<br \/>\u2022 Must be a disciplined trader, highly organized, and a team player willing to work with individuals across all parts of a diversified regulated\/competitive energy corporation. Incentive compensation is highly performance based on individual&#8217;s success of profitably managing a proprietary trading book.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<br \/>\u2022 Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business or Technical field.
