The successful candidate will be a key member of a team responsible for the creation, development and execution of trading strategies with a current focus in the equities, options and energy space (new strategies will open as the business grows).<\/p>\n<p>This is a high growth opportunity with big compensation potential. Experience setting up new strategies\/trading teams appealing.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fullpost\">What's on offer<br \/>Base salary between 100 and 150K in line with your experience plus performance bonus<br \/>Requirements Who we are looking for<br \/>? 5-15 years experience of trading\/market making and trading strategy development.<br \/>? Strong technical skill set- Excel, VBA etc.<br \/>? Ability to obtain consistent profits.<br \/>? Advanced degree preferred.<br \/>?
