Executes FX trades for clients in the interbank market and covers the resulting exposure to generate fee income for the bank.  Works closely with Product Advisors and SRMs to leverage FX sell opportunities.  A thought leader in FX issues. Educates clients on FX issues.  Train junior traders.  Manages FX workload related to a division or a product. <\/p>\n<p>Job Complexity:<\/p>\n<p>Handles a wide range of current and new relationships.  Handles the most complex transactions and client situations.  Closes new FX business, wins FX business from competitors and increases recurring business through a consultative sales approach combined with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.  Educates clients on the basics of FX, understands their needs, analyses exposure, and advises FX strategies to hedge and achieve global treasury management objectives.  On the trading side, identifies and manages our client\u2019s FX risks arising from the trading desk\u2019s daily flows.
