Job Summary: Develop and maintain a broader base of DDGS customers. Efficiently work with the DDGS team in marketing GPRE\u2019s daily DDGS production along with buying\/selling (trading) DDGS produced from other ethanol companies. Work with management team to maximize returns and control costs.<\/p>\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include but are not limited to the following<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Build and maintain relationships with national and local customer base
\u00b7 Develop market and pricing strategies for DDGS
\u00b7 Market daily DDGS production
\u00b7 Manage positions and necessary futures accounts
\u00b7 Manage the company\u2019s exposure in commodity markets
\u00b7 Manage risk by operating within established guidelines
\u00b7 Collect market information and maintain a comprehensive knowledge regarding DDGS markets
\u00b7 Review DDGS contracts and settlements for completeness and accuracy
\u00b7 Maintain communication with logistics and credit department receivables to maintain operations
\u00b7 Work effectively within a team environment and independently<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n

Essential Requirements:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 DDGS trading experience preferred
\u00b7 3-5 years successful commodities trading experience required
\u00b7 Self-starter, highly organized, able to work on own
\u00b7 Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software
\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree -- degree in related areas of Agriculture, Finance or Economics preferred<\/p>\n
