This will involve working the European trading desk in managing the firms overall risk accounts,&nbsp;counter-party&nbsp;trades and retail FX flow.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Accountabilities and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To be responsible for FX products across spot markets and managing the firms overall book. <\/li>\n<li>Execution of clients\u2019 orders for currencies, commodities and CFDs. <\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and checking instruments prices on major international financial exchanges.<\/li>\n<li>To be directly responsible for assigned profit goals in align with the firms capital. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor European and New York Markets and hedge client flow out according across multiple liquidity providers<\/li>\n<li>Develop and consistently improve the firms risk model as new client flow is built up. <\/li>\n<li>Maximize Profit and Minimize risk within acceptability through; STP, Market Making, Positioning, and trading within approved limits and policies and procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Run daily P\/L reports and market risk reports <\/li>\n<li>Maintain close relationships with other Banks in order to support business in this area <\/li>\n<li>Keep up-to-date with interest rate movements and currency fluctuations internationally through studying country economic indicators, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain skill set by undertaking relevant training throughout year.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"jdpContent stdInnerContent\" id=\"jdpRequirements\">                                                     <span class=\"jdpSectionHeading\" id=\"jdpRequirementsHeader\">                        &nbsp;Requirements<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"jdpContent stdInnerContent\" id=\"jdpRequirements\"><span><strong>Background and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/span><br \/><span>Individuals having a thorough knowledge of their product area and sectors including, market liquidity, volatility, pricing plus trading\/hedging strategies. Provide both technical and product support to senior staff.
