Job description
The Sales Assistant Group, a function of FI Rates Middle Office within Global Operations, provides administrative support to multi asset class Sales desks across the US. The open role is a temporary position to assist with the rollout of an enhanced trade capture process across OTC Rates products. Testing and reviewing scripts, ensuring all front to back systems are in line, will be a main daily function. <\/p>\n

? Main duties will include reviewing test scripts
? Completing user acceptance testing <\/p>\n

? Issue reporting, tracking and escalation <\/p>\n

? End of day status reporting for testing undertaken<\/p>\n

Who we are looking for
?Degree <\/p>\n

?Knowledge of Fixed Income products and their front to back processes with a focus on Interest Rate Derivatives <\/p>\n

? 2-3 years Fixed Income Operations experience <\/p>\n

? Trade capture experience in a live trading environment <\/p>\n

? Good analytical skills <\/p>\n

? Risk and Control focused <\/p>\n

? Basic Excel Skills <\/p>\n

? Motivated <\/p>\n

? Confident and Professional <\/p>\n

? Enthusiastic and willing to learn <\/p>\n

? Focused on attention to detail <\/p>\n
