Crude Inventory Dropped while Fuel Stocks Increased Last Week
BonTradeTotal crude oil and petroleum products stocks increased +3.98 mmb to 1087.94 mmb in the week ended August 19. Crude stockpile unexpectedly fell -2.21 mmb to 351.77 mmb as 4 out of 5 PADDs recorded stock draw. Cushing stock slipped -0.03 mmb to 33.66 mmb. Utilization rate climbed +1.2% to 89.1%.
