Oil Extends Weakness as Crude Inventory Unexpectedly Increased Last Week
LorieFuller31Total crude oil and petroleum products stocks fell -1.40 mmb to 1073.16 mmb in the week ended October 7. Crude stockpile increased +1.34 mmb to 337.63 mmb as 3 out of 5 PADDs recorded stock-builds. Cushing stock also climbed +0.53 mmb to 30.62 mmb. Utilization rate dropped 3.5% to 87.7%.
