Vienna, Austria, 20 September 2021–OPEC Secretary General, HE Mohammad Sanusi Barkindo, extended his condolences to HE Mohamed Arkab, Algeria’s Minister of Energy and Mines and Head of its Delegation to OPEC, on the passing of HE Abdelaziz Bouteflika, the county’s former President.
