According to the DOE/EIA weekly report, total crude oil and petroleum products stocks gained +1.54 mmb to 1055.15 mmb in the week ended March 16. Crude stockpile decreased +1.16 mmb to 346.29 mmb as stocks gained in 3 out of 5 PADDs. Cushing stock slipped -0.18 mmb to 38.52 mmb. Utilization rate decreased -0.5% to 82.2%.
