Crude oil prices traded higher ahead of the US session as financial markets, companies and stores reopen today. So far, Sandy has killed 40 people in the US and is expected to move north toward western New York and Canada. While the market had worried about oil supply disruption due to closure of a number of refineries, investors have now turned their focus on the demand side of the equation.
