Johnson Matthey Expects PGMs to Record Supply Deficits this Year

PGM prices retreated after the strong rally yesterday and in the Asian session. Johnson Matthey estimated that platinum will record a deficit of 400K oz this year, the largest shortfall since 2002, due to the supply crisis in South Africa.
