As US President Barack Obama delivered the State of Union Address for his second term, he spent much time in the energy policy. What caught the most attention was the energy security trust proposal in which the President proposed to use some of the “oil and gas revenues to fund an energy security trust that will drive new research and technology to shift our cars and trucks off oil for good”.
