Chinese Financial Sector Raised Fear

Asian shares slumped as a new week begins. The focus has turned from the Fed’s stance for QE to China’s monetary policy and the banking sector. China’s CSI index plunged 2% while Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index plunged more than 1%. In the commodity sector, crude oil price weakened further after the selloff last week while gold price continued to trade below 1300.
