Although data showed improvement in the US employment market, Wall Street declined as President Barack Obama insisted that no concessions would be made on the legislation for raising the debt ceiling. Wall Street dropped with the DJIA and the S&P 500 indices losing -0.39% and -0.07% respectively. In the Eurozone, the ECB left the policy rate unchanged at 0.5% and signaled willingness to implement LTRO if needed.
