Crude Remained Weak on Supply Issue, ECB in Focus

Crude oil remained under pressure after briefly rebounding from heavy selloff. Besides disappointing PMI reports, Saudi's sharp cut of crude oil prices for Asian delivery in November also weighed on prices. Losses were pared as US crude inventory surprisingly fell last week.
