Weekly Fundamentals - Gold's Outlook Dampened by both Macro and Micro Developments

Gold had a volatile week as the global economic outlook and central banks' monetary stances appeared uncertain. The benchmark Comex contract plunged to as low as 1183.3 earlier in the week before rebounding. The contract rose +2.41%, the biggest weekly gain since June 2014, last week.
