Headline CPI for the UK eased to a 5-year low of +1.2% in September from +1.5% in the previous month. The moderation has pushed the country’s inflation further below the BOE’s +2% target. Inflation including housing costs (CPIH) fell to +1.2% y/y in September from +1.5% in the prior month while the retail price index eased to 2.3% y/y from 2.4% in August
