Crude oil prices trade modestly higher on Monday on bargain hunting. Meanwhile, weakness in the US dollar also lends a helping hand. Gold moved narrowly after the strong rebound last Friday. The outlooks for both commodities remain uncertain and risks are skewed to the downside. In Asian session, China reported that its headline CPI stayed at +1.6% y/y in October, flat from a month ago.
