Any rebound of crude oil prices proves short-lived as the oversupply concerns remain serious. Whilst the OPEC is expecting a slowdown in non-OPEC production growth, the Paris-based IEA’s forecast that US output would continue to expand for the rest of this decade and that Russian economy would be affected the hardest by the price decline.
