Crude Plunged as Plan of Emergency Meeting Denied
EPNLouannapCrude oil prices fluctuated on dividing comments from oil ministers. OPEC President and Nigerian oil ministers Diezani Alison-Madueke told Financial Times that if oil price "slips any further it is highly likely that I will have to call an extraordinary meeting of OPEC in the next 6 weeks or so".
