Gold Plunged to Lowest Level since November
Gold's selloff once again accelerated as the US dollar strengthened, mainly driven by ECB's start of sovereign debt purchases but also due to weakness in UK' s and China's macroeconomic data. The benchmark Comex gold contract initially plunged to a 4-month low of 1146.5 before settling at 1150.6, down -1.36%.
