Yet, sentiment in the Eurozone was downbeat, driven by heightened uncertainties in peripheral countries, in particular Greece and Spain. Stoxx 600 ended the day -0.29% lower. Bourses in Italy and Greece were down -2.1% and -3.1% respectively.
