Risk appetite improved in Europe and US, on a dovish ECB and encouraging US data respectively. ECB revised lower growth and inflation forecasts and left the door open for further QE, raising hopes that further easing measures would stimulate Eurozone’s recovery. In the US, trade deficit narrowed and non-manufacturing ISM index slowed less than expected.
