Shares in Asia rallied, supported by positive news in Hong Kong and Japan market. For the former, the Hang Seng Index jumped more than 700 points, or over +3%, after China’s PBOC announced that an exchange link between Shenzhen and Hong Kong would start this year. China’s CSI 300 index also gained almost +3%.
