Strong US employment report for October reinforced speculations for Fed’s rate hike in December. The greenback firmed with the US dollar index jumping to as high as 99.35, a level not seen since April this year, before ending the day at 99.17. The index gained +1.24% on Friday and +2.29% from a week ago.
