SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.—-International Minerals Corporation â??International Mineralsâ?) and Ventura Gold Corporation have entered into a definitive arrangement agreement to complete a transaction pursuant to which International Minerals will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Ventura under a statutory plan of arrangement , as previously announced in a joint news release dated September 24, 2009.
