Rio Tinto increases ownership in Ivanhoe Mines (AP)

Anglo-Australian miner Rio Tinto said Monday it has acquired 15 millions shares in Ivanhoe Mines Ltd., increasing its ownership in the Canadian company to 22.4 percent.
