HOUSTON----Allis-Chalmers Energy Inc. reported a net loss attributed to common stockholders for the fourth quarter of 2009 of $9.5 million, or $0.13 per diluted share, after preferred stock dividend, compared to a net loss of $70.4 million, or $2.00 per diluted share in the fourth quarter of 2008.
