Crude oil remains strong in European session as stocks in Asia and Europe rally after Apple’s higher-than-expected earnings results. In Asia, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index rose +0.91% while South Korea’s KOSPI climbed +0.69%. In European session, shares were generally higher with major indices gained more than +1%. Currently trading at 78.1, the front-month WTI contract (September 2010) surged to a 1-week high also because the market anticipated another week of crude inventory draw.
