Total crude oil and petroleum products stocks dropped for the first time 14 weeks, by -2.92 mmb, to 1140.62 mmb. Crude oil inventory slipped -2.49 mmb to 357.37 mmb as 3 of the 5 districts recorded draws. Cushing stock dropped for a 6th week, by -0.58 mmb, to 34.95 mmb. Utilization rate declined to 87.6%.
