Sentiment Improves as Greece may be Granted Additional Funding
With both the US and the UK on Bank holiday, the market was quiet yesterday. Trading in the Eurozone and Asia, however, embedded with mild downward bias amid concerns over macroeconomic uncertainties. Sentiment improved in European session today as it's increasingly likely that Greece will tap additional funding from the EU, instead of being forced to restructure its debts. Commodities rebounded today with the front-month contract for WTI crude oil soaring to a 3-week high of 102.13. Apart from optimism in Greece, the shutdown of the Keystone pipeline raised worries over short-term supply disruption.
