Market Awaits US Non-Farm Data

Financial markets moved sideways ahead of US employment report. Yesterday, concerns over US fiscal situation reemerged after Moody's said that it may put the country's government debt rating on review for a downgrade. At the other side of the Atlantic, the EU/IMF will likely extend the bailout plan for Greece, thus weighing down gold amid reduced safe-haven demand. Oil plunged to as low as 98.48 after disappointing inventory report but losses were erased later in the session. Prices remained volatile and weakened against today amid macroeconomic uncertainties.
