Gold, Crude Oil Forecast: Rising Yields and Stronger USD Exert Pressure

Gold prices extended lower as the US Dollar gained alongside Treasury yields. Crude oil prices retreated from a 12-month high despite output disruptions in Texas as a cold blast swept the region.
