Crude Oil Inventory Unexpectedly Increased Last Week
BonTradeTotal crude oil and petroleum products stocks increased +4.55 mmb to 1083.96 mmb in the week ended August 12. Crude stockpile surprisingly rose +4.23 mmb, to 353.98 mmb as stocks in Gulf Coast surged a tremendous +6.26 mmb. Cushing stock slipped – 0.83 mmb to 33.69 mmb. Utilization rate added -0.9 to 89.1%.
