Lukoil Loses Bid to Dismiss Suit Over Franchisee Fuel Pricing

The owners of almost 30 Lukoil PJSC filling stations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey can proceed with a lawsuit accusing the Russian oil giant of overcharging franchisees.
