Risk appetite improved a bit in Asian session on Tuesday as the IMF report suggested advanced economies have made progress in reducing deficits and a Chinese newspaper indicated the government would announce monetary easing measures to boost the economy. Economic Information Daily said the country is planning to invest RMB 2.3 trillion in railroad infrastructure through 2015.
