OPEC Leaves Production Quota Unchanged Despite Surplus Worries

The OPEC concluded its biannual meeting, deciding to leave the production quota unchanged at 30M bpd despite market concerns over surplus. The cartel also expected that members such as Iraq, Iran and Libya would increase expected in coming months.
