Oil Agencies Raised Oil Demand Forecasts

The Paris-based IEA raised its oil demand forecast for 2013 and 2014, noting that "consumption growth has since been gaining momentum" and "oil markets participants have been bracing themselves for a soft patch in the first quarter.
