Weekly Fundamentals – Silver Gained More than +10% YTD despite Weaker Investment Demand

Energy and precious metals generally firmed last week on a weaker US dollar and dampened speculations of tightening in Fed funds rate. In the precious metal complex, components gained with the exception of palladium.
